Purchase terms and conditions of E-shop-Longboard.ee
- Scope and validity of Conditions
1.1. The Terms and conditions apply to all persons and the owner of the Purchasing Environment Longboard.ee (hereinafter Longboard.ee e-shop) by Universal Experts OÜ on legal relations arising from the purchase of products through the Longboard.ee e-store.
1.2 In addition to these terms, the legal relationships that arise in the Republic of Estonia when purchasing products through Longboard.ee e-shop are regulated by legislation.
1.3 Universal Experts OÜ has the right to withdraw from a sales contract concluded through the e-store and to refuse to transfer the ordered goods or without providing the service in the following cases:
1) The goods are out of stock.
The price or characteristics of the goods is wrongly displayed in the e-store due to a system error.
If Universal Experts OÜ cannot fulfill the order, the buyer will be contacted by e-mail or telephone and the order amount will be refunded if the purchaser has made a prepayment for the goods.
1.4 Universal Experts OÜ is justified on the basis of the development of Longboard.ee e-shop and to modify and supplement these Terms and pricelist for the better and safer use of the e-store. The Terms and the price list changes and additions are reported via the Internet page www.longboard.ee. Amendments to the Terms and conditions and the price list shall enter into force upon publication of the corresponding amendment or supplement on the Internet page www.longboard.ee. If You have placed your order before the amendments to the terms and conditions have entered into force, the terms and conditions in force between you and Universal Experts OÜ at the time of the transfer of your order will apply, unless the law or these Terms and conditions provide for Otherwise.
2. Prices
2.1. The prices of Longboard.ee e-shop shall be valid for fixed-term payment as specified in clause 4.
2.2. All prices include VAT 20%.
2.3. All prices are in euros.
3. Shopping cart and order formation
3.1. Select the appropriate product, check the order lines, the cost of the product, and confirm the order.
3.2 The discount coupons can be used when Ordering the order. Each Promotional Coupon code is an alphanumeric code. The Promo Code can be entered in the "Coupon Code" section of the basket. Coupons can be obtained through advertisements.
3.3. Enter the billing address and the shipping address of the item
3.4. By pressing the submit the order button, the summary data will be sent to Your e-mail address.
3.5. At the latest within 1 business day the invoice will be sent to You with the specification of delivery time.
3.6. A contract for the sale of Products shall be deemed concluded (entry into force of the Agreement) in view of the receipt of the amount due according to the order confirmation to the current account of Universal Experts OÜ.
4. Payment for the products
4.1. Payment for the products is in Euros.
4.2. You can pay for the products:
1) via Internet Bank (with transfer).
2) Using the Paypal payment environment.
3) Payment by bank link, using the secure SEB E-Commerce payment environment.
4) Payment in instalments, provided by ESTO AS/Kevin EU UAB.
Your order will be cancelled if You have not paid the purchase amount within 5 days.
5. Delivery and transfer of products
5.1. After entry into force of the Agreement pursuant to clause 3.5 of the Terms. The products will be delivered to you at the pre-agreed time when you place your order.
5.2. The products are delivered by courier service. Longboard.ee uses the transportation services of AS Eesti Post, Itella Estonia OÜ and Dpd Eesti AS. Smaller products are delivered by parcel locker service.
5.3. The products are delivered with a courier company within the agreed time. The maximum delivery time within Estonia is 10 working days.
5.4. The Courier Company delivers the products to the address indicated by you upon completing the order. It is not possible to change the destination later.
5.5. Please observe the contact details provided when placing the order to avoid delays and misunderstandings in product delivery. Universal Experts OÜ and the courier company are not responsible for delivery delays and misunderstandings if the delay or misunderstanding is caused by the inaccuracy or incorrectness of the data provided by you during the checkout.
5.6. The products shall be handed over to you by the courier together with the packing slip. Before signing the packing slip, we strongly recommend that you review the packaging of the products and, in the case of external injuries, make a note to the courier's packing slip. We ask you to notify in case of damaged packaging to the e-mail address: info@longboard.ee. Product with a delivery damage will be replaced.
6. Cancelling the order and returning the product
6.1. You are entitled to cancel your order after you have paid for the products before delivery of the products by sending a notice to Longboard.ee e-shop e-mail address, including the order number and your current account number.
6.2. After receiving the products, you will have 14 days to return the product/products. If the purchased goods are not suitable for you for any reason, you will have the opportunity to return or replace the product for another product within 14 days by sending a notice to the Longboard.ee e-store to the e-mail address info@longboard.ee.
6.3. If the order is cancelled in the case provided for in clause 6.1 or, in the case of withdrawal from the order in clause 6.2, you will be refunded the amount paid for the purchase, from which the customer bears the costs related to sending the product to the warehouse (p. 6.5). We will refund the money for the returned product to your billing account within 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notice to us, provided you have returned the goods within the same time limit, except as provided in clause 6.4 of these conditions., 6.5 and 6.6. 6.4. The returned product must be complete (include all items contained in the product packaging). If the product is purchased in a campaign where another product has been added to the goods, You must return the whole set (i.e. all products)
6.5. Longboard.ee e-Store has the right to charge the transport cost of the returned product to the customer and deduct it from the amount of the return.
6.6. If the returned product (and product packaging) has deteriorated and the deterioration is caused by circumstances that are not caused by Universal Experts OÜ; and the non-purposeful use of the product, Universal Experts OÜ has the right to set off the decrease in the value of the product to the amount paid by you for the product and refundable to you. To set off, Universal Experts OÜ will send you a clearing application to the e-mail address indicated by you upon completing the order. In case you do not agree with the decrease in the value indicated in the netting notice, you have the right to include an independent expert to determine whether the product is impaired. The cost of Expert assessment is divided in half between you and Universal Experts OÜ, unless the position of one of the parties is manifestly unfounded. In such a case, the costs related to the examination shall be borne by the party whose position is manifestly unfounded.
7. Warranty and return of non-compliant products
7.1 Universal Experts OÜ is responsible for the non-conformity of products and for defects occurring within 2 years of delivery of the products to you.
7.2 Universal Experts OÜ is not responsible for
1) your fault for deterioration/damage;
2) defects which have arisen as a result of the incorrect use of the product;
3) normal physical wear and tear of the product in case of normal use.
7.3. In case of non-compliance or deficiency of the product, You have the right to demand replacement of the product against a compliant, non-defective product, or withdraw from the order and return the non-compliant product at the expense of Universal Experts OÜ.
7.4 In the case of returning a non-compliant product, the amount paid for the product (including the transport cost) shall be entered in the bank account indicated by you within 14 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal from the order and return of the product.
7.5. In addition to the rights deriving from the warranty, You also have other rights arising from the law.
8. Liability and Force majeure
8.1 Universal Experts OÜ is responsible to you and you are responsible for the damage caused to the other party by Universal Experts OÜ in the cases and to the extent provided for in the current legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
8.2 Universal Experts OÜ shall not be liable for any damage caused to You or for any delay in the delivery of the product, if the loss or delay of the product is due to a circumstance that Universal Experts OÜ could not influence and whose arrival at the Universal Experts OÜ did not foresee and could not foresee (force majeure).
9. Other Conditions
9.1. All the personal data of a customer that has become known during the visit and purchases of the Longboard.ee. e-shop are treated as confidential information. Encrypted data communication channel with banks ensures the security of the personal data and bank details of the purchase. Universal Experts OÜ also has no access to them.
9.2. In these terms and conditions, the legislation of the Republic of Estonia is applicable separately.
9.3 The disputes between you and Universal Experts OÜ in connection with ordering and purchasing products through longboard.ee e-shop will be settled by negotiation. If the Agreement is not reached, you have the right to apply to the Consumer Protection Board or Tallinn City Court to protect your rights. The laws of the Republic of Estonia govern the resolution of disputes.
9.4. The products sold at Universal Experts OÜ e-shop are not intended for resale by legal persons. Orders are cancelled.
9.5. The warranty does not apply to products redistributers by Legal persons Longboard.ee.
10. Liability
10.1 The Product Images are of illustrative significance.
10.2 Prices and availability of Products are subject to change without notice.
10.3 The Product Information is regularly inspected and refined. Data may have been renewed since Your last visit.
